Based in Spartanburg, S.C., Kennedy Sewing and Cutting Supply, LLC provides a comprehensive range of services and solutions, including expert consulting, lean production solutions, cutting-edge machinery, AI-powered autonomous robotics, expert tech service, upgrades, and repairs.
History & Expertise
The company was established in 2021 by industry veteran and expert Kevin Kennedy. Mr. Kennedy brings to the table more than 34 years of experience and is the third-generation of the Kennedy family to work in the textile industry. At age 17, Mr. Kennedy, along with his father Bradley Kennedy Sr., started and operated BJ Kennedy Corp., Inc., which operated as a research and development service, just-in-time production, and provided private label cutting and sewing services, with operations in Spartanburg. BJ Kennedy Corp. continued cutting and sewing operations until 2006.
In 2007, Mr. Kennedy was offered the opportunity to sell sewing, cutting, and textile machinery with Advanced Sewing Technologies, Corp., a world leading sewing and cutting machine distributor.
In 2021, Mr. Kennedy launched Kennedy Sewing and Cutting Supply, LLC.
