SPESA Annual Business Meeting & Holiday Happy Hour (Virtual)

SPESA will host its annual Business Meeting virtually (via Zoom) on Wednesday, December 14th, at 4:30 p.m. ET, followed by a holiday happy hour & trivia night for all of our members and anyone else who would like to learn more about SPESA.
During the Business Meeting, attendees will hear a brief update on SPESA's membership and activities over the past year, as well as plans for the future, including the Texprocess Americas show in 2023 and beyond.
Voting SPESA members will also have the opportunity to re-elect the following candidates for SPESA's Board of Directors:
Class of 2025 (to be elected in 2022 for a 3-year term)

In accordance with SPESA’s Bylaws, each SPESA member company is entitled to one vote by its authorized voting representative, who will be contacted directly with further instructions. If you have any questions, please reach out to Michael@spesa.org.
While non-SPESA members are not able to vote for Board members, you are still encouraged to join the meeting to learn more about the industry. Non-SPESA members are welcome to join SPESA committees and, of course, attend our excellent industry events.
Following the Business Meeting, we will play a fun round of industry, holiday, and general trivia with prizes for the winners!
