SPESA is excited to share a preview of what our member Pathfinder Cutting Technology has in store for visitors at the upcoming 2025 edition of Texprocess Americas (May 6-8) in Atlanta, Georgia.

What can attendees expect to see in your booth at Texprocess Americas 2025?
The NEW Pathfinder X-Calibre high-ply fabric cutter. Imagine a machine that learns fabric characteristics, adjusts parameters dynamically, and delivers unmatched precision, efficiency, and material savings, without relying on highly skilled operators. Behind which we will have an EasyLoader conveyorized spreading table delivering neatly spread material directly into the cutter. Positioned on top of the EasyLoader, we will have our Texprocess Americas 2023 Innovation Award-winning FabricPro automated fabric spreader.
We will also have our proven M-Series multiply fabric cutter behind which we will have synchronized with our Easyfeeder, barless roll feeder which automatically feeds rolled goods "tension-free" into the cutting system while maintaining precise edge alignment.
We will also have our Leather Nesting Station. Pathfinder’s leather processing solutions offer maximum hide utilization, high cut quality, and productivity for apparel, furniture, sports gear, luggage, transport, and equestrian industries.
About Pathfinder
Australian engineers John Hollo and Ross Kaigg’s vision to revolutionize the automated cutting industry began in a borrowed factory shed in Melbourne, 1996. In 1997, they succeeded with the launch of a streamlined and innovative automatic cutting machine, a machine that was low-cost, robust, user-friendly, and required very little maintenance and parts. This first machine is still in use today. Pathfinder has evolved to become one of today’s leading technical machinery manufacturers in the textile cutting industry, with offices and distributors in Australia, the United States, Europe, and Asia, driven by talented mechanical and software engineers and knowledgeable sales and support teams.
