The 2025 edition of Texprocess Americas is now just four weeks away. And when we've talked with people about the show — including both exhibitors and attendees — one word continues to be repeated: access. So, as we approach May, SPESA wanted to share what access means to us, as it relates to the upcoming Texprocess Americas show.
Access to Experts + Education
We're currently operating in uncertain times. But it's that uncertainty that has driven Messe Frankfurt and SPESA to co-produce a trade show committed to knowledge sharing. Just by walking the show floor at Texprocess Americas, attendees will be introduced to some of the industry's most influential players committed to bringing production closer to home. It's through these insightful exhibitors that people will gain a deeper understanding of the market and the latest trends driving change in the market, and they will learn about the tools needed to build competitive production capabilities in the Americas.
But learning at Texprocess Americas expands beyond exhibitor engagement. Texprocess Americas has curated educational sessions through its Symposium and Tech Talks series that will touch on key topics, such as:
Understanding trade policy, but domestically and internationally.
Identifying ways to access capital, from available equipment financing options to manufacturing tax incentive programs.
Learning how to leverage tools to better market your business, whether that be through B2B or B2C initiatives.
Access to Technology
From the factory floor to the global supply chain, the sewn products industry is bursting with innovative tools and technologies. And Texprocess Americas is the place where people come to see those tools and technologies on display.
Across the show floor, attendees will gain access to automation solutions that increase human productivity and enable innovation. They will meet technology providers leveraging AI tools to help businesses streamline processes. And they will meet disruptive thought leaders committed to industry advancements.
To celebrate the industry advancements on display across the show floor, Texprocess Americas will be hosting the second iteration of its Innovation Awards. The Awards Ceremony will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 7 in the Tech Talks space.
Access to New Networks
We can guarantee that anyone who attends Texprocess Americas will walk away from the show with stronger connections that will help build and expand their business opportunities in the Americas. We look at building these new connections through two lenses: (1) regionality, and (2) verticality.
Building a Network Across the Western Hemisphere | SPESA supports a unified Western Hemisphere industry. And we're proud that Texprocess Americas is THE gathering place for people to experience the vast and essential manufacturing ecosystem that exists in the Western Hemisphere. It is the most important place anyone can go to understand how to build soft goods in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and CAFTA-DR regions.
Building (and Sustaining) a Network Across the Industry Supply Chain | In the face of uncertainty, we are determined to be united as an industry. And Texprocess Americas, in many ways, serves as a symbol of that unity.
First and foremost, we are grateful for our continued partnership with Messe Frankfurt North America. For the past 15 years, SPESA and Messe Frankfurt have been committed to creating a trade show experience that not only exemplifies the massive manufacturing ecosystem that exists in the Western Hemisphere, but also a trade show experience that prioritizes networking, education, and industry advancement.
We are also grateful for new connections and opportunities. As is our tradition, SPESA and Messe Frankfurt will co-host the Official Texprocess Americas and Techtextil North America Opening Night Reception to kick off the trade shows. This year, however, we are also bringing the Alphabet Soup Collective into the fold as event supporters.
The Alphabet Soup Collective — composed of eleven major industry associations representing the sewn products, textiles, apparel, and nonwoven industries — launched in 2024 as a means to enhance collaboration and bridge gaps across the supply chain.

The accessibility factors outlined above represent SPESA’s commitment to building a stronger industry in the Western Hemisphere. We are confident in our industry’s resiliency. With a broad perspective, the ability to adapt when hit with new challenges, we will continue to not only survive, but even thrive in the future.
We hope to see you in Atlanta, May 6-8, 2025!
