Merrow Manufacturing Introduces Pioneering Large Format Soft Good Manufacturing

Fall River, MA — Merrow Manufacturing, a leading technical soft good manufacturer, is proud to announce the launch of its large format soft good manufacturing services, designed specifically for Department of Defense, Oil & Gas, and Industrial programs. With a state-of-the-art ‘large format’ facility encompassing 10,000 square feet of dedicated manufacturing space (within the 300,000 sq. foot Merrow operation), Merrow is building substantial capacity for manufacturing large format soft goods.

Merrow Manufacturing is uniquely positioned to handle large-scale production efficiently and precisely. The introduction of large format soft good manufacturing includes a custom-built work area, custom built machinery (by the team at Merrow Machine Co.) and gantry systems capable of accommodating workpieces up to 75 feet by 25 feet. This capability allows for the scale production of large format technical soft goods, integrating sewing, bonding, welding, and labeling processes that are rarely found together in the United States.
