Get ready for an unparalleled experience in sewing technology at Texprocess Americas 2023 with DA Group! As part of DA Group, DAP America is proud to showcase products from our renowned brands, including Dürkopp Adler, Pfaff Industrial and KSL, all in one massive 3,000 square feet booth.
Our refined seaming technologies are tailored to the production requirements from the automotive, leather, upholstery, garment, shoe and technical textile industries, with solutions for everyone at our booth. Dürkopp Adler, for instance, has several highlights to showcase, including the brand new M-TYPE DELTA e-con for medium-heavy sewing applications. This fully digitized and energy-efficient machine consumes 25% less power than other digital machines*, allowing you to save money while producing at highest productivity levels. We're also excited to present our expanded automation solutions for our CNC sewing systems, as well as further efficient sewing machines and equipment for automotive, industrial, leather and garment applications.
Another star of the show is QONDAC, our advanced networking solution for the sewing shop floor. With enhanced functionality in the machine control module, QONDAC provides transparency in sewing production like never before. Plus, our new QONDAC Easy access via WiFi makes installation faster and easier accessible than ever before.
With the PFAFF INDUSTRIAL brand, we're showcasing the “America premiere” of our innovative hot-air taping machine for continuous seam sealing, PFAFF 8333. The unique process control and the highest flexibility (due to the new 3-D axis nozzle position) characterize the new series. With the PFAFF 3688 we ́re showing a real update of the world's best programmable CNC automatic pocket setter. The new PFAFF 3688 is equipped with unique features which makes the machine faster and increase the quality, especially when processing delicate stretch fabric and heavily stressed pockets.
Finally, KSL is bringing their expertise in automation solutions for sewing and welding, including the KL 351 a free-programmable CNC stitching machine for various applications with their famous rotating head. Second highlight the KL 627 2-needle chain stitch post bed machine for automotive interior, upholstery, and technical textiles.
